SHORT-TERM LOANS

BORROWER	Legal entities
TENOR	Up to one year, or longer, depending on the client's creditworthiness and type of offered security instruments
AMOUNT	Depending on the client's creditworthiness
PURPOSE	Working capital finance (tenor of 2 or 3 years is possible in exceptional cases) Structured trade finance (frame loans, guarantees and letters of credit) Refinancing of loans granted by other banks Financing under the Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (short-term loans intended for maintenance of liquidity and financing of permanent operating assets and export activities)- till funds are fully utilised

LONG-TERM LOANS

BORROWER	Legal entities
TENOR	Up to 10 years or up to 15 years, depending on the client's creditworthiness
AMOUNT	Depending on the client's creditworthiness
PURPOSE	Financing purchase of equipment and expansion of capacities Financing of development of business premises for own purposes as well as for the market needs Financing construction of residental facilities for the market Financing of acquisitions Project finance (especially in the real estate area) Financing under the Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (long-term investment loans) - till funds are fully utilised Financing from the specific resources (funds from the European Investment Bank and funds for energy efficiency from KfW line)

EUROPEAN INVESTMENT BANK CREDIT LINE

BORROWER	Legal entities, in compliance with the criteria of the European Investment Bank
TENOR	Up to 12 years, depending on the beneficiary
AMOUNT	Up to EUR 12.500.000
PURPOSE	For companies up to 3000 employees: • Investment in fixed assets • Investment in intangible assets • Working capital at maturity over 2 years For companies over 3000 employees: • The expansion and modernization of product capacities • Telecomunications • The development od industrial zones • Capital investment projects in traffic and transport area • Sports, recreational and cultural facilities of general purpose • The administration facilities • Other infrastructure investments • Investments in the knowledge-based economy • Investments aimed at the improvement of education • Investments aimed at the improvement of health services • Investments in environmental sustainability • Current assets (only if they are included in the calculation of the investment project)

Raiffeisen banka Belgrade has assumed the obligation to offer the beneficiaries of the loans from the European Investment Bank’s credit line an advantage of using these loans with longer maturities and lower interest rate, which is by even 50 basis points lower than the annual interest rate on loans without participation of the European Investment Bank.

KFW LINE

MATURITY	Up to 31/12/2015
LOAN AMOUNT	Min: EUR 30,000 Max: EUR 1,000,000
PURPOSE	Energy efficiency projects minimum 20% of energy savings Financing of renewable energy sources
GRACE PERIOD	Up to 12 months
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES	KfW consultants technical support

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Loan request, including detailed description of your company and business activities, amount and tenor of the loan;
For long-term financing: business plan, contract with a foreign partner, etc.;
Complete financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, including Notes) for the last three accounting periods;
Proposal of the security instruments to be offered.
