With your VISA Business Electron Card you may:

• effect any payments in the country and abroad
• withdraw cash from ATMs
• do your company business simply and easily

Each Raiffeisen banka a.d. corporate client may apply for business cards, including VISA Business Electron Card.

After application approval and signing of the Agreement on Business Card Use, the company becomes the Cardholder and may designate users of the card.

The Holder may designate an unlimited number of the users of VISA Business Electron Card.

VISA Business Electron Cards are issued in the name of its users, i.e. authorised cardholders while Dinar and FCY accounts are opened in the name of the Company as the Cardholder and the appropriate amounts to be used via card transactions are credited to such accounts.

VISA Business Electron Cardholder acquires the right to withdraw funds from the newly-opened company accounts linked to card transactions while the Cardholder retains the right to cancel and revoke the authorisation for card use at any time.

Any payments and costs incurred by the authorised cardholder shall be fully borne by the VISA Business Electron Cardholder.

The card is issued in accordance with the agreement between Raiffeisen banka a.d. and the company represented by the owner, concluded and signed by authorised officials of Raiffeisen banka a.d. and the respective company. This agreement defines rules and conditions for the issuance and use of VISA Business Electron Card.

After signing the agreement, Raiffeisen banka Customer Service opens Dinar and FCY account for card transactions only.

The annual membership fee and related costs for the card use are regulated by Raiffeisen banka Tariff; the card is issued for the period of one year.

The Cardholder undertakes to present the following collateral instruments to Raiffeisen banka a.d. as the VISA Business Electron Card Issuer:

• Statement on withdrawal of Dinar funds from the account in favour of the Issuer in case of any outstanding debt
• Statement on withdrawal of FCY funds from the account in favour of the Issuer in case of any outstanding debt
• Raiffeisen banka a.d. undertakes to deliver to each Visa Business Electron Cardholder standard statements of accounts on monthly basis

The card may be used both locally and internationally for payment of goods and services at the places with VISA Electron sticker as well as for cash withdrawal at ATMs.

The card may not be used on imprint devices.

When paying for the goods and services by card or withdraw from ATMs the cardholder uses his own PIN instead of the signature.

In case the card has been lost or stolen, the cardholder is obliged to report immediately to the Raiffeisen banka Contact Centre (telephone: 011/3202-800 from 00:00 to 24:00).
