Aware of the difficulties they face in today's business environment, Raiffeisen banka has created a special package of loan products for micro-enterprises and entrepreneurs with an annual business revenue to € 1,000,000, specially adjusted to the needs of business in this segment of the economy (in terms of amount, purpose and terms) and bank customers is available in one or more products in the amount to be determined according to their creditworthiness.

Companies and entrepreneurs that are registered on the territory of Serbia can apply for all loans, which have a minimum of two years of active business, achieved a positive financial result and properly settled their obligations to creditors and to the state.

The fee for processing and administering the loan applications ranges from 1% -2% depending on the type of loan, while interest rate depends on the type of loan, amount and duration, and offered collateral instrument.

Loans for micro enterprises and entrepreneurs are available in versions with a deposit of 100%, which, depending on the desired date of his loan repayment, granted under favorable conditions. These loans may be disbursed in local currency - dinar, foreign currency or dinar with a foreign currency clause.

Raiffeisen banka allows the use of overdraft to its existing clients, as well as those who have not yet become clients. Overdraft allows the client to maintain an appropriate level of liquidity at any time, providing the ability to easily overcome the problems in the oscillations of cash flows that may arise, for example, if there is a mismatch in the implementation of the collection of receivables and payment obligations to suppliers.

Experience has taught us that the business needs of our clients require loans approved with a simple and efficient procedure.

For this reason we enabled the use of unsecured loans, and loans for working capital without collateral, which we recommend for our clients to fund working capital for a period of 12 months. The advantage of this loan is that the procedure of loan approval is fast, short and simple.

The loan is approved in dinars.

Similar to unsecured loans, working capital loans with a legal entity as a guarantor are granted with a fast, simple and efficient procedure. These loans are approved in larger amounts and are therefore required to have additional collateral in form of the guarantees from another legal entity.

The General purpose loan is suitable for various client needs, without designated purpose. Special advantages are the possibility of the approval of a larger loan amount and a repayment period of up to 60 months.

The 100% cash cover model is approved with a deposit taken in the same currency as in which the loan is approved. For the loan tenor the bank does not calculate and pay interest for deposits that serve as collateral.

L/C is a payment and security instrument at the same time. By issuing the L/C, the Bank issuer undertakes the irrevocable obligation to execute payment- negotiation of the submitted documentation in favor of L/C beneficiary on the agreed date, provided that the documentation on executed export are in line with pre-defined conditions stated in the L/C.

This instrument provides the security both for the buyer of commodities and/or services, as well for the seller.

If you're selling goods, providing services, participating in the tender, conducting works, paying in advance, in a word- conducting business operations, we recommend you to secure yourself with the guarantees.

Guarantee is a security instrument, with which the issuing bank undertakes, according to client's order, the irrevocable obligation to pay the determined amount to the guarantee beneficiary, in case the client represented by the bank does not fulfill his payment obligation.

There are various types of guarantees. Some of them are:

• Bid guarantee

In case the guarantee is covered with 100% deposit, the fee for issuing is 0.40% on quarterly basis and fixed amount of RSD 3,000 for processing of request.

Frame loans for micro companies and entrepreneurs works on a revolving principle, and allows you to use and repay funds within the approved limit, in accordance with the needs of your company. They provide a "reserve" in case of unexpected costs in the business and promptly settle all payment obligations.

Within the frame loan approved limit, you can use a combination of bank products:

Frame loan with a repayment period of 12 months is available to micro companies and micro entrepreneurs, with the possibility of payment in 3 monthly installments, after 9 months of use.

Long-term investment loan is recommended to clients who do not have the necessary funds for the financing of equipment, machinery, and construction or purchase of office space. Investment loans provide long-term financing of fixed assets and financing the construction of business premises for a period up to 84 months, with the possibility of using a grace period, which is very important for large investments.
