VISA Classic card may be used in the country and abroad for payment of goods and services in any place with VISA logo, as well as for cash withdrawal from ATMs. In addition, the card may also be used for mail and telephone orders and on the Internet.

VISA Classic Card is obtained after opening a current account with Raiffeisen banka, with regular monthly inflow, a special-purpose foreign currency account for payments abroad and after depositing a security cover.

A cardholder may be any Serbian resident of legal age, as well as a foreign resident employed with the embassy, diplomatic-consular missions or a foreigner whose place of residence is in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Two additional cards may be issued upon the request of the holder of the main card. Any transactions made by the use of the additional cards are debited in the account of the main cardholder.

Every month Raiffeisen banka will provide the cardholder with a written overview of card transactions made in the country and abroad for the past period.

The card is replaced in the following cases:

• in case of any change of the cardholder's personal data;
• if the card plastic is physically damaged;
• if the newly-issued card contains any incorrectly printed data or is technically non-functional
• PIN has been forgotten/lost

Raiffeisen banka has in cooperation with Uniqa Insurance offered to all its cards users, regardless whether they are credit or debit, four additional attractive options for the insurance of travel and everyday activities. The first bundle provides clients with insurance from the theft and misuse of cards, where all expenses caused by misuse and of the issuance of a new card are covered. The second bundle includes coverage of expenses caused by the unauthorized usage of stolen phones while the third bundle covers the loss of luggage or expenses caused by its delay, as well as all costs generated by delayed flights, while the fourth bundle provides medical and dental insurance as well as of the transportation if necessary. Clients may choose any bundle and any bundle includes insurance from the previous options

• Start – loss or card theft and skimming - 40.00 RSD monthly
• Plus – Start + unauthorized usage of phone - 90.00 RSD monthly
• Ekstra – Plus + unexpected costs during air travel - 140.00 RSD monthly
• Total – Ekstra + travel medical insurance - 340.00 RSD monthly
