The User of RaiffeisenOnLine service may be any private individual with current account opened with the Bank, any other person duly authorised for current account access, as well as any private individual who is client of the Bank (dinar/fcy account holder, user of the revolving card, credits, etc.). Account holder is required to fill in and sign the Request for issuance and usage of PIN as well as Agreement on the rules and conditions for use of Raiffeisen banka electronic services and distribution channels.

Information:

  • overview of dinar and FX account balance and account movements
  • overview of non-processed cheques
  • overdraft related information
  • information on loans
  • overview of payment cards transactions, as well as available balance on debit payment card
  • overview of credit cards transactions, as well as available limits on credit card account
  • overview of exchange rates
  • information regarding securities accounts

Financial transactions:

  • fund transfer between dinar accounts
  • fund transfer between foreign currency accounts without currency conversion
  • exchange operations – buying and selling of foreign currency
  • electronic payment of pre-defined payment orders / electronic free payments using SMS code
  • monthly payment of loan annuities
  • monthly payment of credit card annuities
  • card blockage in case the card is lost or stolen
  • trading in securities

HOW TO BECOME A ROL CLIENT

The User of RaiffeisenOnLine service may be any private individual with current account opened with the Bank, any other person duly authorised for current account access, as well as any private individual who is client of the Bank (dinar/fcy account holder, user of the revolving card, credits, etc.). Account holder is required to fill in and sign the Request for issuance and usage of PIN as well as Agreement on the rules and conditions for use of Raiffeisen banka electronic services and distribution channels.

Request duly filled in and signed may be submitted in any Raiffeisen banka Branch Office. A private individual may become RaiffeisenOnLine user after his Request has been approved and five digit number PIN (Personal Identification Number) has been delivered to his/her home address.

Then the User logs to https://www.raiffeisenbank.rs/online and chooses RaiffeisenOnLine option for private individuals. First time Client's logging is done by base account number, i.e. his/her current account number and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in order to create his/her own username and password.

If you log in successfully and your identification has been confirmed you can access RaiffeisenOnLine service.

Safeguarding the privacy of personal confidential information is secured by the use of most trusted security system and client's account kept safe against unauthorized access.

PIN LOSS REPORTING

If you forget or lose your personal identification number (PIN) you should immediately go to the nearest Raiffeisen banka Branch Office or dial the telephone 011 /32 02 100, 30 267 00.
