Retail Services - Phone banking
Manual for use of IVR – interactive voice response application, by calling the number 011/ 3202-777.
The user of phone banking may be any private individual with current account opened with the Bank, any other person duly authorized for current account access, as well as any private individual who is client of the Bank (dinar/fcy account holder, user of the revolving card, credits, etc.) and whose Request for issuance and usage of PIN has been approved. After the approval, PIN (personal identification number which consists of 5 digits) will be issued for the user.
After the user receives PIN, he/she is able to use phone banking service in the following manner:
Dialing the number 011/32 02 777 (0-24h), IVR application will be activated and can be used with phone keyboard by choosing the option which IVR presents to the client. Dialing the appropriate digits (in accordance with voice instructions) desired options could be selected:
1. Bank information (general information, retail services, corporate services). For this kind of information PIN is not necessary, unauthorized access is sufficient.
2. Information about the accounts – by entering PIN and number of one of the accounts stated in the Request, the User can obtain following information:
For current account:
Account balance
Available balance
Reserved funds
Undue liabilities
Last payment credited to the account
Number of non-cleared checks
For FCY account:
Account balance in all currencies
Last payment credited to the account
3. Visa Card Blockage – by entering PIN and the visa card number the card can be blocked.
In order to select option 2 and 3 you have to be registered user of RaiffeisenOnLine service,i.e. you should have PIN.
