As this service was highly welcomed by clients, the role of mobile advisors has soon been extended to cover micro companies and entrepreneurs, as well as mortgage loans.

This offer gives you a special advantage of arranging a meeting with mobile advisor in your own premises, without visiting the bank.

To arrange a meeting, all you have to do is call the Contact Centre of Raiffeisen banka on telephone 011/302 67 00 or make a free call on 0800 111 000 or send an e-mail to the following address: dsa.department@raiffeisenbank.rs

The mobile advisor will then provide you with in-depth information about the bank’s product you are interested in as well as explain how to apply and collect necessary documentation; moreover, the mobile advisor may, upon your approval, collect the required documents.

Once you have submitted your application, the mobile advisor shall remain at your disposal for any additional information and support you may need throughout the approval and realization procedure.
