With BASIC PACKAGE, micro companies and entrepreneurs may use the following products and services:

Account statement delivery

Raiffeisen banka will send to all product package beneficiaries account statements with all transactions in the account, according to the agreed schedule, electronically to the e-mail address specified by the client.

This modern form of banking services will allow product package beneficiaries to obtain daily information on the current balance of the company/shop account. By monitoring the needs of clients’ daily operations, Raiffeisen banka will send an SMS to all product package beneficiaries early in the morning with the information on the account balance in order to facilitate their daily planning of business transactions and payment operations.

By signing the Contract on the Use of VISA Business Electron card, a micro company or entrepreneur becomes a cardholder with the right to appoint its final users. The cardholder may appoint unlimited number of users, while micro companies or entrepreneurs, beneficiaries of the package of products and services, acquire the right to appoint two users of VISA Business Electron card for which annual membership fee shall not be paid.

PlatiMo is a revolutionary electronic payment system, which allows users to replace their wallets in a safe and simple way by mobile phones. All payments in the PlatiMo system shall be effected very simply, by confirming SMS messages in 3 steps only!

As a user of the package of the Bank’s products and services, your authorised person or founder of the shop may activate PlatiMo services for one mobile phone number – free of charge.

This product is intended only for the Basic Package beneficiaries. After 6 months of active use of the account with our Bank, you may be granted a current account overdraft. If it is not withdrawn, the overdraft is completely free and serves only as an additional collateral for undisturbed daily operations.

With SILVER PACKAGE, a micro company and entrepreneur will also be able to use, in addition to the products and services offered in BASIC PACKAGE, more advanced products and services of the Bank, such as:

For the use of our On-line system, you need to have the smart card with the issued certificate and smart card readers. As a beneficiary of Silver Package, you are entitled to one free smart card with the issued certificate, as well as one smart card reader which you may use for all other connections as well.

Raiffeisen banka offers to the beneficiaries of SILVER PACKAGE a unique possibility to earn through Business Savings Account, which includes the following:

• Overnight dinar deposits, i.e. in the period when you do not use the funds,
• Automatic placement of funds over min. RSD 100,000 as term deposits, (at client’s discretion) after cut-off time, 
• Cut-off time -4:30 PM,
• Release of funds at 8:15 AM on the following working day,
• Attractive interest on annual level,
• Disbursement of interest at the end of the month.

Current account overdraft
