ANNOUNCES

auction sale of real estate

Four room apartment in the city center, an area 114 square meters, on the fourth floor of the building in the Vlajkovićevastreet no. 32, ln 497 KO Stari Grad, filed.

The starting price is EUR 160.000,00 in dinar equivalent at the average exchange rate of Raiffeisen Bank a.d. on the payment date.

The auction sale will be held on 13.04.2011. at 12:00 pm at the Raiffeisen Bank a.d., New Belgrade, Zoran Djindjić Boulevard 64a.

Right to participate have all interested legal and natural persons who pay the deposit in the amount of 10% of the initial price at the expense of Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Belgrade, no later than 12.04.2011. at 12:00 PM.
