The second sale of real estate in Belegiš by verbal bidding.

Sale of real estate will be effected based on conclusion of the Basic Court in Sremska Mitrovica, Court Unit in Stara Pazova Posl.broj. V 3 II-1416/10 dated 17/01/2011 in accordance with Article 35 of the Mortgage Law, as the proposal of creditor Raiffeisen Bank a.d., Belgrade, 64a, Zoran Djindjic Boulevard.

Subject of sale:

A residential building – house, in Belegiš, an area of 339.31m² at 25 (bb), Pere Radinovića Street, built on the cadastral plot No. 2859/40 Real Estate Sheet no. 969 Cadastral Municipality Belegiš with area of 77a 22m².

The house consists of 3 levels:

- Basement 58.51m²

- Ground floor 132.30m²

- Floor 148m²
