We are on the lookout for a Junior Product Designer who will be the creative force in our Digital Innovation team. What your job will look like?

• Define and maintains digital product design principles and design architecture
• Ensure UX and UI consistency across channels and products
• Participates in Design Thinking and product discovery sessions
• Creates customer journeys together with Product Owners and Product Designer
• Coordinate UX agency from brief, review and delivery of screens
• Collects and analyses customer insights from internal and external sources
• Creates compelling product prototypes together with Product Designer and Product Owners
• Regularly conducts usability tests to collect and share customer feedback with teams
• Facilitates qualitative and quantitative research studies with the objective of improving customer experience of digital services
• Regularly reports on progress of key customer experience metrics
• Continuous learning and experimentation of new methods for building better experience
• Supports other functions in resolving related queries

What you bring to the table:

• Previous experience in designing digital products, preferably in banking area or similar roles will be considered a plus
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Experience with popular design and prototyping tools
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with creation of Mobile and Web apps
• Experience with Figma, Canva, and Miro will be considered a plus
• Good written and spoken English
