Raiffeisen banka has been awarded “Best Bank in Serbia“ titles for the fifth time in a row in the annual contest “European Banking Awards 2020“, organized by the renowned British financial magazine “EMEA Finance“. Apart from the main category award title, for the first time the bank also received the title “Best Private Bank“ for the service bearing the name “Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen“ Private Banking, introduced in 2020.

The Raiffeisen Banking Group won numerous awards in all markets where it is present, winning also the regional award “Best Bank in Central and Eastern Europe“, Best Bank“ and „Best Investment Bank“ in Austria, as well as the award “Green Finance“ for being dedicated to promoting ecological technologies with a focus on renewable energy sources.
When deciding on awards for best banks, the magazine’s expert jury was taking into account the following: the bank’s market share, growth in the share of certain products in the market, quality and innovativeness of the bank’s offer, business strategy quality, as well as client satisfaction with the services offered.
