    • How can you become a user of the VISA Business Gold debit card?

      Every company that is a client of Raiffeisen banka is entitled to submit a request for issuance of business payment cards, which also includes the VISA Business Gold debit card.

      After approval of the request and signing of the contract on business card usage, the company becomes the bearer of the card with the right of assigning its users.

      The bearer of the card can assign an unlimited number of VISA Business Gold debit card users.

      VISA Business Gold debit cards are issued to the names of its users. A dinar and a foreign currency account are opened in the name of the company which is the card bearer and funds are placed onto those accounts to which card usage is linked.

      The user of the VISA Business Gold debit card gains the right to dispose of the funds on the newly-opened company accounts to which card usage is linked, and the card bearer has the right to take away and cancel the card at any time. All payments and expenses made by the card user are fully covered by the bearer of the VISA Business Gold debit card.

    • Requirements for issuing a VISA Business Gold debit card

      The card is issued based on the contract between Raiffeisen banka and the company represented by its owner. The contract is signed by authorized persons of Raiffeisen banka and the company. This contract defines the rules and terms of issuing and using the VISA Business Gold debit card.

      After the contract has been signed, the Customer Service of Raiffeisen banka opens a dinar and a foreign currency account to which card usage will be linked.

      Annual membership and card usage costs are defined in the Tariff of Raiffeisen banka and the card is issued with a validity period of 24 months.

      Raiffeisen banka undertakes the obligation to submit to the bearer of the VISA Business Gold debit card standard account balance statements once a month.

    • Using the VISA Business Gold debit card

      The card can be used in Serbia and abroad for payment of goods and services at points of sale with the VISA logo, for withdrawing cash at ATMs, for online payments, as well as for MOTO transactions. The card cannot be used on imprint machines. When paying for goods and services with the card, as well as when withdrawing cash at ATMs, the user enters the PIN and is authenticated as the user.

       

      In case the card has been lost or stolen, the user is under the obligation to report this immediately to the Contact Center of Raiffeisen banka to the phone No. 011/3202-800. The Contact Center is available around the clock, 24/7.

VISA Business Gold credit card

In cooperation with the company VISA Inc, Raiffeisen banka issues revolving credit cards for companies.

The card is issued based on the request submitted, in a simple and fast procedure. The credit limit is approved depending on the income amount realized, as well as based on other indicators of successful business.

The Raiffeisen VISA Business revolving credit card functions in such a way that the company is under the obligation to pay the desired part of the debt monthly and this way it renews the approved credit limit.

    The interest rate on the bank’s dinar funds is 1.95% monthly and is paid only on the remainder of the unsettled debt. A special benefit is the 45-day grace period.

    The card may be used for paying for goods and services, drawing cash at ATMs and tellers of the bank in Serbia and abroad, as well as for online payments. the card is valid for a 24-month period and the minimal monthly payment amount is 10% of the total debt. the card user can choose the option of paying by a standing order, 10% or 100% of the total debt amount.

    In case the card has been lost or stolen, the user is under the obligation to report this immediately to the Contact Center of Raiffeisen banka to the phone No. 011/3202-800. The Contact Center is available around the clock, 24/7.

    Apart from the main card, the bank can issue an unlimited number of additional cards linked to the main account, within the limit approved. Of course, the approval of the authorized person in the company is needed for using additional cards.

DinaCard Business debit card

By signing a contract on using a DinaCard Business Debit card, the company becomes the bearer of the card with the right of assigning its end users. the card bearer may appoint an unlimited number of end users.

When using this card, the bank does not charge the annual membership fee. The DinaCard Business debit card may be used only in Serbia for cashless payments for goods and services, paying for goods and services online, as well as for drawing cash up to the amount of available funds on the account.

 

3D Secure - safe online payments

3D Secure is a service offered by Raiffeisen banka to its payment card users for secure online  payments. The service is free of charge and offers full online payment protection, and is easy to activate.

    • What is the 3D Secure service?

      3D Secure is a free of charge service offered by Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd with the aim of increasing your safety when using a payment card for online payments, with merchants included in the Mastercard SecureCode and/or Verified by Visa program. The 3D Secure service offers you additional protection from unauthorized usage of your registered payment card in an online transaction.

      The registration for this service is necessary for using the card on 3D Secure internet points of sale. One registration enables secure online payments for all types of cards issued by Raiffeisen banka: debit and credit cards for private individuals, entrepreneurs and legal entities, except for the Visa Virtuon and the Visa GIFT card.

      When paying online at points of sale that are still not part of the 3D Secure program, you can use your card in the manner you used it before the registration.

    • Service description

      • Activation and usage of the 3D Secure service are completely free of charge and can be used on any computer, no special software is needed.
      • Preconditions for using the 3D Secure service:
        1. Internet point of sale that supports payments through  Mastercard Secure Code and/or Verified by Visa.
        2. Raiffeisen banka payment card that supports Mastercard Secure Code and/or Verified by Visa payment service.
        3. User previously registered for 3D Secure
      • It is necessary to install and activate “Moja mBanka” application. If you have already activated the mobile application “Moja mBanka”, you are automatically  registered for the 3D Secure service, as are all payment cards issued by Raiffeisen banka that you use. In order to confirm online payment transactions, you use a one-time password, which you create through the “Moja mBanka” mobile application.
    • Process of purchasing

      You can view the process of online purchasing at a point of sale that supports payments through Mastercard Secure Code and/or Verified by Visa at the following link.

    • Installing the application

      • Installing and activating the mobile aplication
        Download “Moja mBanka” application from the Google Play or Apple store. On the application’s homepage, there are two options for account activation: CREATE NEW ACCOUNT and I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT.

      If you are a new user of digital banking and do not have an electronic banking account at RaiffeisenOnLine platform:

        • On the homepage, choose the option CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.
        • After entering your data and the activation code, you create a user name and password, which you need for the future usage of online and mobile banking services. You will receive the activation code by calling our Contact Center (011 3202 100) or in the bank’s branch office. The activation code is valid for 24 hours from the moment it is generated.
        • By creating and confirming the PIN, the application is  activated. The PIN is used to log in to the mobile application and create the one-time password.

      If you already have an electronic banking account – RaiffeisenOnLine:

        • On the homepage, choose the option I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT.
        • Enter the user name and password that you use to enter the RaiffeisenOn Line application*.
        • After entering the activation code, which you receive automatically as an SMS to the mobile phone number you registered with the bank, you create a PIN which you will use to log in to the application and create a one-time password.

      * If you have forgotten the user name or password, you can activate the application by the option CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

    • Creating a one-time password to confirm an online payment transaction

      On the homepage of the mobile application, choose the option Token, and then, Create a one-time password. Enter the PIN (which you use to log in to the mobile applicaiton), after which a one-time password is created as a code and it is written on the screen of your device. You enter the one-time password at the online point of sale in the process of payment card usage.
