What you need to know before applying
You can open an iAccount if you are a citizen of full age of the Republic of Serbia (resident), provided you do not have a dinar current account already opened with Raiffeisen banka, or you had one before but it was closed more than six months ago. You can also apply ifyou are already using another product of the bank.

The following is necessary for video identification:
- Valid ID card or passport issued in the Republic of Serbia. If you wish to identify yourself by ID card, you also need to show an official document stating your address of residence (personal data read from your ID card, vehicle registration card or the official document defining your real estate tax) or a telephone bill, electricity bill or utility bill issued to your name.
- Telephone number in the local network.This telephone number will be used for validation and electronic signature for which no qualified certificate is needed
- Device with camera. A computer or telephone with a sound camera is needed for a short vide call with the bank agent during the identification process. You can continue your application on another device at any moment, all the data you entered will be saved.
