The renowned financial magazine “Global Finance“ awarded Raiffeisen banka with the title “Best Consumer Digital Bank“ in Serbia. This is the third title the bank has received from prestigious magazines for its accomplishments in the segment of banking digitalization.

The jury made up of leading experts from the company “Infosys“, the global leader in consulting and technology, as well as of “Global Finance“ magazine editors, took into account the following basic criteria for their decision: quality of strategy for attracting and offering services to digital users, success in training clients to use the digital offer, growth in the number of clients using digital services, quality of the offer of products and services, benefits gained through digital initiatives, as well as the design and functionality of the website/mobile applications.
Apart from the title “Best Consumer Digital Bank“, Raiffeisen banka was earlier awarded for its achievements in the digitalization segment with the title “Best Consumer Lending Platform“ at the international contest “Finovate Awards“, for its online cash loan service “iKeš“.
