Notice for customers of Raiffeisen banka (private individuals) regarding the upcoming merger with RBA banka

Dear client,

On April 28, 2023, RBA banka will be merged with Raiffeisen banka, which will bring about temporary changes in the functioning of certain products and services you are using, in the period from April 28 until May 3, 2023.

 Please make sure to acquaint yourself with this information thoroughly, especially having in mind the forthcoming holidays.

• All debit and credit cards, as well as payment with digital wallets, will be operational in this period, while SMS and notifications will be unavailable. We advise that you make sure you have sufficient funds on all accounts your card is connected to until April 28, 2023, at the latest, for spending planned until May 3, 2023.
• Applications Moja mBanka and RaiffeisenOnLine will be unavailable starting from April 28, 11 o’clock PM, until May 3, 2023, 8 AM at the latest. The option Token for creating a one-time password will be unavailable in the period of unavailability of the mobile application.
• In the same period, multipurpose ATMs will be operational in a special regime and only dinar withdrawals will be available, while depositing money or daily takings, payment of bills and withdrawal of foreign currency will not be available.
• The payment system in Raiffeisen banka, including also Instant payments, will not be operational in the period from April 28, 2023, 11 PM, until May 3, 2023, 8 AM at the latest. This means that neither incoming payments, nor outgoing payments will be realized in that same period.
• The bank’s branch offices will work as usual until April 28, 2023, while in the period from April 29 until May 3, 2023, all branch offices will be closed. Starting from May 3, 2023, branch offices will have the standard working hours.

We wish to apologize beforehand for any inconvenience and we wish to assure you that we will invest maximum efforts to make the period of unavailability as short as possible, in order to continue offering you the service you are accustomed to.

Please bear in mind the following if you are planning a trip abroad during the May holidays:

 We advise you to obtain foreign currency banknotes in cash prior to April 28, 2023, by withdrawing euros from multipurpose ATMs, i.e. in the bank’s branch offices working with cash. To see the network of branch offices, ATMs and multipurpose devices, please click here. If you are making payments with your payment cards abroad, you need to provide sufficient funds for your trip on the account the card is connected to. We wish to remind you that the options exchange office and transfer of funds from account to account will not be available in digital services, nor on multipurpose ATMs, nor will it be possible to withdraw money and deposit euros on multipurpose ATMs until May 3, 2023.
