Info Portal offers you
Completely digitalized service that enables the complete exchange of all necessary contracts, requests, notifications and other accompanying documents with the bank in one place, without the need to visit the bank’s branch office.
Quick overview of product status
By accessing the Info Portal, each user has the option to easily review the balance of credit and non-credit products (dinar and foreign currency accounts, credits, guarantees and limits, credit cards, overdrafts, investment funds).
Corporate clients of the bank can at any moment apply online for credits, guarantees, letters of credit, annexing guarantees, as well as automatic drawing of bank statements.
Overview of contracts and notifications
This digitalized service of the bank provides to corporate clients an overview of contracts and annexes, as well as relevant information from the bank, and offers very reliable analytical services, such as the Economic Report of Raiffeisen banka on market movements.
Through the Info Portal, you can also apply for additional account opening and inspect the general documents of the bank with downloading option (forms, instructions, general terms and conditions) or see your documents submitted to the bank (status documents) with information on missing documents and direct upload option.
How does the Info Portal work?
Apply to access the Info Portal
In the request, please enter the e-mails of the employee(s) in your company who will be authorized to access and use the Info Portal.
The request needs to be signed by the legal representative of your company and the original is submitted to the bank.
Using the Info Portal is completely free of charge and it is an exclusive service provided only for clients of Raiffeisen banka.
