Simple solution

    Concluding a contract

    Your company, as the Buyer, signs a contract with Raiffeisen banka, which defines the terms of taking over your undue debts towards suppliers stated in the contract. 

  • 2.

    Signing a notification on debt takeover

    The supplier signs a Notification on Debt Takeover, where the bank is stating that the supplier is now the new debtor as per the invoices issued. The supplier also signs the Request to Access the Factoring Platform.  

  • 3.

    Invoice issuing and upload

    Based on the goods delivered or services performed, the supplier issues an invoice with delayed payment, which you then upload onto the factoring platform.   

  • 4.

    Debt takeover

    Raiffeisen banka takes over your debts as per the undue invoices and the debt amount taken over based on the invoice is paid to the supplier’s account. 

  • 5.

    Payment of invoice amount upon delivery

    You are paying the invoice amount to the account of Raiffeisen banka when the invoices become due, i.e. in the contracted time period.
