How to become a user and conditions for issuance

The card can be used domestically and internationally for payments of goods and services at points of sale marked with the VISA logo, for cash withdrawals at ATMs, online payments, as well as for MOTO transactions. When paying for goods and services with the card, as well as when withdrawing cash from ATMs, the user is authenticated by entering the PIN code. In case of loss or theft of the card, the user is obligated to report it immediately to the Raiffeisen banka Contact Center at the phone number 011/3202-800, available 24/7.
Every company that is a client of Raiffeisen banka has the right to submit a request for issuance of business payment cards, including the VISA Business Gold Debit card. After the request has been approved and the Business Card Usage Agreement has been signed, the company becomes the cardholder with the right to appoint its users. The cardholder may appoint an unlimited number of users for the VISA Business Gold Debit card. VISA Business Gold Debit cards are issued to the names of their users, while, dinar and foreign currency accounts are opened in the name of the company as the cardholder, and funds are deposited into these accounts to be used via the card. The user of the VISA Business Gold Debit card gains the right to use the funds in the newly opened company accounts linked to card usage, while the cardholder has the right to withdraw and revoke the card from the user at any time. All payments and expenses made by the card user are fully borne by the VISA Business Gold Debit cardholder.
The card is issued based on an agreement between Raiffeisen banka and the company represented by the owner, concluded and signed by authorized representatives of Raiffeisen banka and the interested company. This agreement defines the terms and conditions for issuing and using the VISA Business Gold Debit card.
After signing the agreement, Raiffeisen banka’s Customer Service opens dinar and foreign currency accounts linked to card usage. The annual fee and card usage costs are defined in Raiffeisen banka’s Tariff, and the card is issued with a validity period of two years. Raiffeisen banka commits to providing the VISA Business Gold Debit cardholder with standard monthly account statements.
The interest rate on dinar funds from the bank is 1.95% on a monthly basis and is charged only on the outstanding balance. A special benefitis the option to use a grace period of 45 days.
The card can be used for payments of goods and services and for cash withdrawals at ATMs and bank counters both domestically and internationally, as well as for online payments. The card is valid for 24 months, the minimum monthly payment amount is 10% of the total debt, and the cardholder can choose to make payments via a standing order of either 10% or 100% of the total debt amount.
In addition to the primary corporate card, the bank can issue an unlimited number of additional cards, which will charge the primary card's account within the allowed limit. Of course, the use of additional cards requires the consent of an authorized person in the company.

DinaCard Business Debit card
By signing the agreement for the use of the DinaCard Business
Debit card, the company becomes the cardholder, with the right to appoint its
end users. The cardholder can appoint an unlimited number of end users.
When using the card, the bank does not charge an annual membership fee. The DinaCard Business debit card can only be used domestically for cashless payments for goods and services, online payments for goods and services, as well as for cash withdrawals up to the available balance in the account.
3D Secure - Secure online payments
3D Secure is a service provided by Raiffeisen banka to its payment card users for secure online payments. The service is free to use and offers complete protection during online transactions, while the activation of the service is very simple.
