What is Halcom E-bank electronic banking?
Halcom E-bank enables its users to manage their finances in a fast, secure and efficient manner. This e-banking system has been designed especially for legal entities and entrepreneurs, offering an all-inclusive solution to their banking needs.
By installing specialized software to their computer, the user gains access to various banking functionalities directly from their desk. This intuitive interface enables users to perform all kinds of payment transactions quickly and easily, including incoming and outgoing payments, transfer of funds and other transactions.
Services enabled by Halcom E-bank
- Dinar and foreign currency payments
- Overview of account balance and account turnover
- Downloading statements per accounts in various formats (txt, pdf, SWIFT MT940)
- Overview and distribution of incoming payments from abroad
- Exchange rate lists with option of choosing the date and downloading
- Confirmation requests for payments performed, account changes, etc.
- Overview of Visa business accounts
- Exchange office – transfer from foreign currency account to the dinar account (selling of foreign currency)
- Option for clients to perform payment transactions with all banks where they have an account (that support the Halcom E-bank app) by using just one smart card
- Option of setting up a particular and special mode of signing

How to become a user of Halcom E-bank?
- If you are already a user of Halcom app
- If you do not have a Halcom card
If you are already a user of Halcom app in another bank and you have a Halcom card, the following documents are needed:
- Request for usage approval of Halcom E-bank app
- Specified authorizations for the individual user
- Rules for Halcom E-bank
- Printed and signed certificate export by each individual user (for assistance, please contact Halcom help desk at phone No. 011/3032 432 or the bank at phone No. 011/220-7560)
- Photocopies of individual users’ ID cards
If you do not have a Halcom card, you need to submit the following documents:
- Request for usage approval of Halcom E-bank
- Specified authorizations for the individual user
- General order CA1
- Request for issuing a digital confirmation of authorized person CA2
- Photocopy of ID cards for the persons for whom smart cards are required
- Photocopy of the confirmation of registry of the legal entity with the Serbian Business Registers Agency
