Notice for customers of RBA banka (private individuals) regarding the upcoming merger with Raiffeisen banka

Dear client,

On April 28, 2023, RBA banka will be merged with Raiffeisen banka, which will bring about temporary changes in the functioning of certain products and services you are using, in the period from April 28 until May 3, 2023.     

We wish to remind you that your current account number will be changed as of April 29, 2023, of which we informed you in the letter sent at the end of February. You need to inform your employer concerning your new account number as soon as possible, i.e, inform all those who are making payments to your account.

Please make sure to acquaint yourself with this information thoroughly, especially having in mind the forthcoming holidays.

• All debit and credit cards will function in this period. We advise that you make sure you have sufficient funds on all accounts your card is connected to until April 27, 2023, at the latest, for spending planned until May 3, 2023.
• RBA eBank and mBank applications will be unavailable starting from April 28, 5.30 PM,  until May 3, 2023, 8 AM at the latest. When you log into the existing RBA mBank and eBank applications on May 3, 2023, you will be able to activate the new applications Raiffeisen mBanking and eBanking in just a few steps. We have sent you detailed instructions via your preferred communication channel and you can also find them by clicking here.
• Dinar payments, including also Instant payments, will not be operational in the period from April 28, 2023, 5.30 PM, until May 3, 2023, 8 AM at the latest. This means that neither incoming payments, nor outgoing payments will be realized in that same period.
• The bank’s branch offices will work in a changed regime, while all branch offices will be closed in the period from April 29 until May 3, 2023. As of May 3, 2023, all branch offices will be open in their standard working hours. More information regarding the working hours of branch offices is available here.

Please bear in mind the following if you are planning a trip abroad during the May holidays:

We advise you to obtain foreign currency banknotes in cash prior to April 27, 2023, in the bank’s branch offices. If you are making payments with your payment cards abroad, it is best that you provide sufficient funds in euros for your trip on the foreign currency account the card is connected to. We wish to remind you that the exchange office option will not be available in digital services in the period from April 28 until May 3, 2023. All debit and credit cards will function in this same period.
