  • Safe, fast and simple system

    To ensure safe usage of RaiffeisenOnLine services, the bank provides the user with a USB token/smart card with an electronic certificate, which enables electronic signing of financial transactions, while simultaneously ensuring reliable identification and authentication of the user, as well as protection of data confidentiality and integrity.

  • The following security measures are deployed:

    • USB token/smart card which represents a security device with built-in chip that archives the electronic certificate and cryptographic keys necessary for using the RaiffeisenOnLine system      
    • PIN code chosen by the user (ranging from 6 to 8 alphanumeric characters)
    • Password politics (password change enforced after a certain time period, etc.)
    • Electronic signature
    • Option of choosing one or more signatories per payment accounts with signing hierarchy
    • Defining different privileges for employees
    • Changing privileges at any moment on the client‘s request
