3D Secure
3D Secure is a free service provided by Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd aiming to increase your security when paying with a payment card online at merchants included in the Visa Secure program.

What is the 3D Service?
You need to register for this service in order to use your card at online points of sale. One registration enables you to make secure payment transactions online with all types of cards issued by Raiffeisen banka: debit and credit, cards for private individuals, entrepreneurs and legal entities, with the exception of Visa GIFT cards.
When you are paying at online points of sale that are still not part of the 3D Secure program, you can use your card as you were using it before your registration. Please call our Contact Center for all additional enquiries, phone No. 011/3202-800.
Installing the App
Download the “Moja mBanka“ app from Google Play or Apple market. The app homepage offers two options for account activation: CREATE NEW ACCOUNT and I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT.
- If you are a new user
- If you already have an account
If you are a new digital banking user and do not have a RaiffeisenOnLine e-banking account:·
- Choose the option CREATE NEW ACCOUNT on the homepage
- After entering your data and the activation code, you enter your username and password, which you will need for using internet and mobile banking in the future. You receive the activation code by calling our Contact Center (011/ 3202 100) or in the bank’s branch offices. The code is valid for 24 hours from the moment of generation
- By creating and confirming the PIN, the application is activated. The PIN is used for logging into the mobile app
If you already have a RaiffeisenOnLine e-banking account:
- Choose I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT on the homepage.
- Enter the username and password you use to log into the RaiffeisenOnLine app*.
- After entering the activation code, which you will receive automatically in the form of an SMS to the mobile phone number you registered with the bank, you create a PIN that you will use to log in into the app.
*If you have forgotten your username or password, you can activate the app by choosing the option CREATE NEW ACCOUNT
Confirmation of online payment transaction through reliable authentication
After initiating the transaction, you will receive a push notification in a few seconds. By clicking the notification, open the Moja mBanka app and confirm the transaction through biometric authentication of by entering your PIN for the app.

Service description and usage prerequisites
Activation and usage of the 3D Service is completely free of charge and you can use it on any computer, no specialized software required.
Prerequisites for using the 3D Secure service:
- Internet point of sale that supports Visa Secure payments
- Payment card issued by Raiffeisen banka that supports the Visa Secure payment service.
- The User has first been registered for the 3D Secure service
You need to install and activate the ”Moja mBanka” app. If you have already activated the ”Moja mBanka” app, you have automatically been registered for the 3D Secure service, as have all the payment cards you use that have been issued by Raiffeisen banka. To confirm the online payment transaction, use the option Reliable authentication, which is found in the “Token” section in ”Moja mBanka” app
